Terms of Service (E-comGate Platform Terms of Use)
A platform for online business visibility and for marketers to launch advertising campaigns and online storefronts using E-comGate
Effective date: December 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the E-comGate platform (the “Platform”, the “Service”) provided by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Andreevich Lavrentev (TIN 381504265600), operating under the E-comGate brand, the official distributor of Storelike in Russia (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Service, the User confirms full acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must discontinue use of the Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Definitions:
- Platform (Service): a technological platform for creating E-comGate online storefronts, managing products, orders, payments, advertising, and page hosting.
- Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Pavel A. Lavrentev.
- User: any individual or entity using the Platform.
- Storefront Owner: a User who creates and manages a storefront.
- End User: a person browsing a storefront and placing orders.
- Website / Storefront: an online page created by the Owner.
- Storefront Layout: a draft or editable version of a storefront.
- Content: any data, text, images, or materials uploaded by the Owner.
1.2. Use of the Service is governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other policies published by the Operator.
1.3. By starting to use the Service, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1.4. The Operator may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
1.5. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must stop using the Service.
1.6. The User agrees to receive service-related notifications.
1.7. The Operator may modify functionality, suspend operation, or disable features of the Platform without prior notice.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. The Platform enables Storefront Owners to:
- create E-comGate online storefronts;
- manage products;
- manage orders;
- allow End Users to place orders;
- accept payments through third-party providers;
- host storefront pages;
- launch advertising and increase business visibility;
- use a personal account dashboard.
2.2. The Owner may independently edit storefront layouts and publish Content.
2.3. Clicking the “Publish” button confirms acceptance of these Terms, the legality of the Content, and acknowledgment of responsibility.
2.4. The Owner independently determines the storefront URL. Changes may deactivate previous links.
2.5. The Owner must comply with applicable laws and publish only lawful, accurate, and non-misleading Content.
3. Storefront and Content Requirements
3.1. The Owner bears full responsibility for the storefront Content.
3.2. The following Content is prohibited:
- explosives;
- goods prohibited for remote sale;
- licensed goods without required licenses;
- narcotic or psychotropic substances;
- weapons of any kind;
- alcohol, tobacco, and nicotine products;
- prescription medicines;
- extremist materials;
- financial pyramids or scams;
- counterfeit goods;
- harmful occult or magical services;
- gambling and betting services;
- sexual services or adult dating;
- fraud, phishing, or artificial traffic manipulation;
- malware or harmful software;
- political advertising prohibited by law;
- any other goods or services prohibited under Russian law.
3.3. The Owner independently resolves all third-party claims.
3.4. The Owner must publish data processing rules and terms of interaction with End Users.
3.5. The Operator is not a party to transactions and is not the seller of the Owner’s goods or services.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
4.2. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4.3. The Operator is not liable for:
- inaccurate or unlawful Content published by the Owner;
- lost profits or business interruptions;
- loss of data;
- actions or errors of the Owner or third parties;
- quality, safety, or legality of the Owner’s goods or services.
4.4. The User is solely responsible for actions performed on the Platform.
4.5. The Operator is not obligated to manually review Content.
4.6. The Operator may restrict or terminate access in case of violations.
5. Additional Provisions
5.1. All rights to the Platform’s software code, interfaces, and design belong to the Operator.
5.2. The Owner grants the Operator the right to store and process Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
5.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.4. Consumer protection laws applicable to the sale of tangible goods do not apply to technical services provided without physical products.
5.5. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.6. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
